Architectural Concept

The complex consists of four residential buildings: three 23-story towers serving as vertical landmarks and one 3-section mid-rise building (7–9 floors), which provides enclosure and privacy for the courtyard.

Neutral tones of white, gray, and anthracite, symbolizing stone and mountain cliffs,

Warm terracotta and sandy accents, evoking natural rock textures.

White highlights resemble snow-capped peaks, while terracotta and graphite tones add depth and contrast. The facade palette is echoed in the landscaping through paving and planting schemes.

Landscape Concept

The courtyard is inspired by the imagery of a mountain valley with its dramatic reliefs and energy.Key features include:

Central zone with children’s playgrounds, Christmas tree plaza, barbecue area, and sports facilities,

Unique landmark play structure – a giant volcano,

Toddlers’ playground enclosed by pines and earth mounds, featuring “mountain village” playhouses and stylized sheep,

Community garden with storage and relaxation spaces,

Moorish-style perennial lawns along pathways, evoking alpine meadows,

Quiet zones with pines and polygonal mounds doubling as mini viewing terraces,

Outdoor pergolas functioning as “street offices” for work and leisure.

The layout provides clear functional zoning yet ensures interconnectedness: parents can enjoy the barbecue area while watching their children or participating in yard events such as table tennis or outdoor competitions.
