Location — Minsk, Pobediteley Avenue — the main square in front of the multifunctional complex and adjacent walkways to entrances, public transport stops and car parks.
Concept and vision
The forecourt is reframed as the complex’s urban threshold: continuous, legible routes tie together key destinations, while furniture and lighting structure the space and improve comfort and safety.

Scope
— Layout: routing of pedestrian paths, junction details, slopes, and drainage.
— Street furniture: linear and radius benches, seat‑curbs, litter bins, bicycle parking, wayfinding.
— Lighting: placement of poles and low markers, illuminance levels, optics selection.
— Planting: year‑round composition of trees, shrubs, and grasses with root pockets and mulching.
Design highlights
— Routes read through a modular paving pattern and linear lighting guides.
— Two bench typologies create entrance waiting nodes and long resting lines along green pockets.
— Layered lighting (ambient + accent) enhances night safety and articulates the glazed façade.
