Short description
Design project for the Eilinol company office in Minsk, developed on the top floor above a shopping center in line with a detailed client brief regarding space planning, staff count, and material preferences. The layout includes a welcoming reception, multiple open-plan workspaces, executive offices, dedicated areas for accounting, meeting/dining rooms, and restrooms.
Concept and vision
The visual concept rethinks classic soft loft principles, blending minimalist lines with a distinct identity and biophilic accents. The palette features a contrast of dark ceilings and upper walls to visually conceal engineering systems, combined with light vertical surfaces and vivid wood details. Office carpeting in workspaces contrasts with seamless, easy-care poured flooring in circulation zones. Abundant live plants and touches of color balance the neutral and deep tones, making the space lively without visual overload.

Design highlights
Wall designs use simple, cost-effective methods such as stencils, decals, and vertical wooden slats, creating an expressive, custom look at minimal cost. Custom geometric lighting on the ceiling, plantings in suspended planters, and accent feature walls tie together work areas and public spaces. Reception and guest zones use branded details and indirect LED lighting for a welcoming effect. The design remains open, easy to navigate, and highly functional, with a focus on comfort for staff and visitors.
