Short Description
The project involved restoring and repainting the aging facade of the Terminal business center in Minsk with minimal costs. The key task was to unify the building’s image using a deep blue and white palette, highlight the end wall with the building’s as a graphic element, and reinforce corporate identity.
Visual Concept
The updated facade design for the Terminal business center relies on a strong contrast of deep blue and pure white, which organizes the building's massing and adds modern clarity. The most expressive element is the gable wall, where a large white “25” is prominently displayed: this not only emphasizes the address number but also acts as a graphic branding accent. Minimalist white grid lines further structure the building's edges and reinforce its geometric shape. The entire approach was conceived to deliver the maximum visual effect with minimum cost and intervention, revitalizing the aging business center and creating a clear, recognizable presence in the city.
Implementation of facade painting
Role in the Project
My responsibilities included developing the overall facade painting concept and color scheme, producing all technical documentation with detailed paint schedules, coordinating and approving the concept with the client, and performing technical supervision to ensure high-quality execution.
The project was developed and implemented by me during my work at LLC "Mosstroykomplekt".
